You’ve completely misunderstood my premise. My premise is that the DNC needs to abide by its own charter, which is the legally binding contract it has created between itself and its membership.
Now that that is out of the way, I hope you will avoid trying to misconstrue my position again, and begin directly answering the extremely straightforward and basic questions I’m asking you.
What is your premise, that the DNC can do whatever it wants, in violation the contract it has created with its own membership?
Do you consider fraud to be generally acceptable?
What other forms of contract violation do you think are silly to complain about?
