We’re just two weeks into our political revolution in Florida, and I’m excited to tell you that we have Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s attention. Just look at this excerpt from a panicked fundraising email she sent to her list:
She wrote, and I quote, “This is the first time I’ve EVER faced a primary challenger for Congress… We have to show them how strong we are.”
There’s no doubt about it: She’s trying to intimidate our political revolution. Her email is about rallying the Washington and Wall Street establishment to get behind her campaign. They’re now taking us seriously, and that means we have to double our efforts to build a campaign, grow our revolution, and show the Washington establishment what people power really looks like.
The only way this political revolution succeeds is if we work together to overcome what Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the Washington establishment have in store for us. I can’t do this alone — I’m going to need your help. Will you stand with our movement today?
