I loved this post, it really has me thinking.

Racism is built on generalizations, for the most part, making wide assumptions about people based on very little information.

To get to the point, understanding that if you meet only one black person and you have bad outcomes with that black person, doesn’t mean anything about the billion or so other black people.

People resent their competitors, they resent what is new, and they resent what they don’t understand.

These people went to Ivy League schools, so you can picture them as upper middle class people who live in a bubble.

You know, mostly, you got some schoolships.
