I also agree. I just wanted to add that if we want to challenge THIS election, which obviously millions do, then we can’t rely on a constitutional amendment that we don’t have yet. If the courts were to consider this case, they would only evaluate current law, which only includes existing protections in the U.S. Constitution. The courts have no power to amend the Constitution; they can only analyze whether this election complied with the one we already have.
