The rules are simple.

I see your creative fuzzy math game / geographic stretch argument continues.

As the author noted, the U.S. Constitution does not require the winner take all system. The states designate how electors will vote — but states MUST comply with all other provisions of the U.S. Constitution, like equal protection (inconvenient truth, I know).

The reason for the EC was to protect slave owners. Nothing more or less.

Right now, millions of voters are being disenfranchised, and there is no good reason for that abhorrent, entirely undemocratic reality.

So you can dissect whatever counties or random land masses you want — almost 66 million human beings were disenfranchised, from everywhere USA. That includes plenty of people far away from CA and NY.

Example: Clinton won 4 million plus in NY — but almost 62 million elsewhere before we even talk about NY.
