ICAA China Shanghai NFT Digital Art Exhibition successfully concluded with more than 1,000 visitors

From October 23 to October 27, ICAA China Shanghai NFT Digital Art Exhibition “Unlimited Possibilities”( “无可无不可”), hosted by IcarusArt.AI and overall curated and specially supported by the International Olympic Committee, was launched at the Shanghai Yunjian Art Museum. This exhibition is the first stop of IcarusArt.AI’s upcoming large-scale AI art and crypto art exhibitions around the world.The exhibition ended successfully, with more than 1,000 visitors, and it was well received.

The combination of traditional art and blockchain has “Unlimited Possibilities”( “无可无不可”), which is the theme of “ICAA China Shanghai NFT Digital Art Exhibition”. The exhibition revolves around the propositions of new technology aesthetics, man and nature.

Participating artists in this exhibition come from all over the world. There are many pioneer artists in the international art world and the crypto art world, including the first auction artist Beeple of the international NFT traditional auction house, and the artist FEWOCiOUS, who set the Sotheby’s NFT auction record of £2.07 million.

Beeple is currently the most expensive artist in the field of NFT art, and the first artist in the world to bring NFT to traditional well-known auction houses. His work Everyday: First 5000 Days was auctioned at Christie’s for US$69.3 million in March 2021. Record. This auction created the world’s first NFT to enter the traditional auction houses, and set the tone for the NFT art market with high prices.

In this exhibition, in the third sub-section There is no other in the world” there are two pieces of NFT artworks with physical objects first launched by Beeple: Biology Collection and Rebirth. The work pulls the NFT from the digital world into the real world in the form of “consisting of an aluminum base, a frame and an LED screen with custom programming”. The large screen presents every detail on the screen vividly.

Another representative work of this exhibition ,One of the flowers, she who does not exist (2) was created by Ting Song in collaboration with Ashley.AI ，which is an AI art generator from IcarusArt.AI.Artist Ting Song recorded the flowers who accompanied her in physical world this summer,store the information before the flower fades ,and inject it into generative neural network. Using GAN models and onchain AI, Ting Song generates a lot of unique flowers that do not exist in physical world. That AI model which be open-sourced by Ting Song herself could be checked and used by anyone in blockchain world. The artist wants to express that technical cybernetization and human’s systematical decentralization may be a way to broaden the energy of a limited individual’s life.

This art exhibition was launched at Shanghai World Financial Center·Yunjian Art Museum, kicking off the IcarusArt.AI global eight-nation encryption art exhibition. The end of “Unlimited Possibilities”( “无可无不可”),is the beginning of the upcoming “ICAA Global Crypto Art Series”. ICAA （IcarusArt.AI）will hold the ICAA Global Crypto Art Series from November to January, which will be held in New York, Venezuela, Thailand, Poland, Seoul, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

In November, IcarusArt.AI will present the next series of exhibitions to international audiences in New York and Latin America, exploring new technological aesthetics from different aspects, and spreading them all over the world.
