Planning: Script
The script is something that is mandatory to be included in the production process of any movie or show. Most use professionally arranged scripts that were perfected over time and the actors absolutely stick to it without any deviation. However, it is a common occurrence for actors to break away from the script, albeit only slightly, to ultimately deliver a better product. If you analyze some movies or shows such as Sennfield you’ll find a few deviations from the written script, like the dentist inhaling the pacifying gas “for a kick” before proceeding to operate on one of the main characters. Such a thing has indeed occurred in our opening sequence as well.
We’ve gone through numerous rewrites of the script, at the end settling with the one above but naturally, as I had just mentioned, we’ve deviated from it during filming for the better and ended up with the product that we have submitted.
