Results of the Scouting Module for 2021
The talent scouting module implements platform-based interactions between TokenStars, talent scouts, and token holders who have volunteered to become Analysts. TokenStars decentralizes the talent sourcing process to ensure a high-quality flow of candidates. Unlike traditional agencies with a limited number of in-house scouts, TokenStars creates a Global Scouts Network, encouraging scouts with well-balanced stimuli to bring the most talented players to our platform.
We started this year with good momentum: we were focused on attracting new players and active development of scouting. In winter we had three new applications in poker stream and two tennis players endorsed by the community.
Here is information about professional poker players from Ukraine.
Eduard Moskal is a 28-year-old poker player. He has been playing poker for 6 years. He has an excellent reputation in the poker community and has a lot of big wins to his credit. Eduard has earned $ 32,000 in offline poker during his entire play. He won such tournaments as RPT and BPT. Voting results: 84.2% — Yes, 15.8% — No.
2 players did not pass the expert evaluation stage:
Ivan Yatsenko is a 24yr-old player; ROI is 19.5%;
Alexandr Pyanov is a 28yr-old player.

In January voting for Daniil Ostapenkov was finished. He got 79.3% of voters supporting him. Daniil has brilliant results. The absolute champion of the Republic of Belarus in the category up to 18 years old, a member of the national team, and the first number of the national team under 18 years old, 2020 he made his debut at the Davis Cup against the German team at the ATP level, the winner of ITF J5 (Minsk, Belarus) ITF J5 (Chornomorsk, Ukraine), winner of the J4 tournament (Almaty, Kazakhstan) in doubles, multiple winner of the ITF Juniors tournaments in singles and doubles, Maximum Tennis Europe rating # 31, maximum ITF rating # 380 (at the moment), topping the Belarus rating up to 16 years and up to 18 years old.
In February we received an application from Oleksandra Oliynykova. She is 20 y.o. a professional player with an unusual career pathway. Never had a junior career because of a mix of complex life circumstances. Instead, she started to play ITF Pro events being 16 y.o only — as the only way to finance her pro tour journey. Earned WTA points from the very first approach to the ITF Pro tour, winning 15 of 18 matches. Before her 18th birthday, she had won ITF Pro titles (1 in singles, 1 in doubles), played several finals and semifinals — having 0 Wild Cards received in her records till now. At the moment, Oleksandra Oliynykova is ranked #649 WTA, #30 ITF singles ranking. In 2020, she made her first wins over players ranked in top-400 WTA (Craciun, career-high #347), then in top-300 (Marcinkevica, career-high #196). Oleksandra received 62.5% percent of voters supported her and was approved by the community.

We have submitted the new applications by tennis players on our platform.
Jermine Sherif is a promising player from Egypt. She is 15 years old. Her ITF highest Rank is 240 and her African Rank is 1 in the U16 category.
Kivanc Bedir is only 13 years old sportsman from Turkey, so he doesn’t play ITF tournaments. However, he already shows results in the Under 14 category. In April he reached the quarter-final at Cukurova Cup in Adana (Turkey).
Ionut Dorel Tuia from the United Kingdom applied to our program for professional poker players. He had some outstanding winnings on PokerStars and the biggest one was $57,679. ROI — 49.2%; ITM — 19.7%; Profit — $55,292.
We continue to look for talented poker players. In May, we received an application from Batdorj Bertsetseg from Mongolia. ROI — -17%; ITM — 17,5%; Prize money — $3,303. Unfortunately, negative ROI did not allow us to put the player to a vote. She received a rejection from our experts.
In June, we received three applications at once from promising juniors in tennis.
Victoria Matasova is 16 years old. She already won 2 titles in singles and, incredibly, 6 in doubles. Her highest career position in the ITF rating is 186. She received very positive feedback from our experts. They specially admitted that Victoria can play both attacking and defensive styles. Finally, she got 76,2% of the votes on the community voting stage and was approved by token holders.
Eva Gartseva is an 18-year-old tennis player from Russia. She started to play tennis when she was four and already won 2 ITF tournaments. Her highest ITF rank is 111.
Ivan Burnashov is 16 years old. He started to play at the age of 5, and since then, he is constantly developing his skills. He won 2 ITF titles in doubles — J5 Balashiha and J5 St Petersburg.
The poker direction of our business was not left without applications, too. We received a new application from Pavel Kovalevskiy. Pavel is from Belarus, he is 26 years old. ROI is 10.2%. Pavel wants to develop together with the team and start regularly making money in the poker industry on an ongoing basis.
We are working to develop our team and are looking for players who share our values. This August two poker PROs joined our team.
Sergey Kezik is from Belarus. He is 38 years old and he has played poker for 13 years so far. ROI 34.6%; Profit $1,833.
Andrey Kolkovskiy is only 22 years old. However, he took part in more than 37,000 tournaments. His profit for the entire time is $4,821, his ROI is 13%.
At the end of the year, we had eight applicants from sports talents. Here is short information about everyone:
Vadim Panasiuk is a 27yr-old player from Belarus; ROI is 52%. He has 80% of the votes;
Vladislav Kononov is a 27yr-old player from Russia; ROI is 21%. He has 75,3% of the votes;
Sergei Klipp is a 41yr-old player from Belarus; ROI is 30%. He has 71,8% of the votes;
Pavel Kovalevski is a 26yr-old player from Belarus; ROI is 30%. He has 74,4% of the votes;
Roman Kazantsev is a 21yr-old player from Russia; ROI is 24%. He has 84,6% of the votes;
Freddy Murray — 18 y.o. talented tennis player from Ireland — joined TokenStars platform.
Taymur Muhammad — 15 y.o. talented tennis player from England — joined TokenStars platform.
Godfray Yobixs — 16 y.o. talented tennis player from Uganda — joined TokenStars platform
Thanks to the positive statistics, we admitted all players to the voting stage. Thus, all poker players received approval from our community. As a result, we signed a contract with Vadim Panasiuk.
