I cringe at the thought of class warfare while sympathizing with the sentiment. Throughout my life I’ve seen this country transform into a massive pyramid scheme with everyone clawing over each other to climb up while those stuck at the bottom are screwed. I blame this on Reagan’s legacy of trickle-down economics that was imposed for decades by baby boomer conservatives. But now that liberals have gained the majority of the electorate, I believe the remedy is simply solidarity at the ballot box. Infighting on the left allows the right to divide and conquer.
