The Green Party is politically irrelevant in that they don’t do anything to actually help achieve the progressive reforms they claim to want, they just crawl out of their hole every four years to steal some of the limelight from the spectacle of a presidential election by castigating Democrats.
Since the Green Party’s message essentially reinforces that of the Republicans, that Democrats are unworthy of people’s votes, the very existence of the Green Party does more harm to the world than good by making themselves an effective ally of the Republican Party. Like it or not, there are currently only two viable political parties in our system of government, so when you work against the party that represents the left-wing, you’re actually helping advance the right, making you morally complicit for its successes. The onus of compromise is on you.

You also seem to be laboring under a misconception about where the center of the national political spectrum lies. Every time you feel like Hillary is part of the right-wing, maybe you should turn on Fox News, soak up some of that insanity, and realize that it’s America’s most popular cable news network. Here’s a chart based on polling data clearly showing that the most conservative voting block is comprised of the most reliable voters. If you truly seek to move this country to the left, you should be working to defeat Republicans, not Democrats.
