This isn’t a constant trouble for me — I’ve been doing this professionally for 35 years, so I run into all sorts of troubles repeatedly — but I was still disturbed to run into it again.
The last place fooled me, because they touted themselves as “agile” and I didn’t ask the right questions. It turned out that their agile was “a stand-up meeting once a day”…
