You might perhaps read your original posting again to get a feel for the level of rudeness you introduced. You’re hectoring me to find details of my life that are both irrelevant and none of your business. I told you, and it’s boring.

Ah, I feel bad though — I thought I’d written an answer to you before that was more polite when I saw you were homeless. I didn’t realize you were the same person, was that answer deleted or did I fail to post it?

Well, sorry, had I realized you were homeless I’d have been nicer. I’d be pretty angry if I were in your shoes. I edited my post to be less cranky.

The fact is that I have a crappy phone, no car, never use Amazon, Uber, AirBNB, bike everywhere blah blah — but even if I had a fancy phone, that would not in any way invalidate my argument — an argument you didn’t actually address.

In order to participate in society, we are forced to use at least some services or products provided by unethical, predatory companies. This doesn’t remove any of our rights to free speech, nor does it invalidate what we say, even if we are arguing against these large and moral organizations that we are forced to use.
