To Remember

My list must go, on and on.

Try this to move, from,

Where you have been

To where you are going.

There you have been all the time knowing,

All that will transpire.

From which, we will never tire.

Only retiring to drink the fountain of youth,

If you want proof, well look here for the truth.

Painted on my face, you might find —

Stained in the neurons on your mind —

All the love being passed down from line to line,

Although it may feel like the blind leading the blind,

I remind you of the time when you felt so good.

It’s not all the time, but the time to remember if you could.
