Experience is a great teacher if we listen and act upon the lessons that life serves up. We need to be aware and activly listening for the signals, to heed, remember and nourish ourselves into a better life space. Lists are what remain once life has filtered the experiences of success, set backs, indeed life itself. They are the blueprint, we believe or hope perhaps? that can deliver us to that better life space - just add some will power.

The constituent parts of lists can be borrowed or added to, to make your own list, a list that becomes part of your own DNA, your plan to your new future life. Jigsaw pieces that make up Your bigger & better picture.

Here are my jigsaw pieces, so borrow, subtract, add to, laugh at & question and while you do so, wish me willpower to speed me on my way, just as I wish you the best life you imagine for yourself… Happy 2016 & beyond.

That List -

  • Start positive each morning as you rise
  • Be grateful - early and late - it’s quite a list you got!
  • Enjoy the ordinary stuff
  • Practice positive self talk
  • Yes, you are★uckin awesome!
  • Celebrate all victories whatever the size
  • Cut yourself some slack
  • Do stuff even when you don’t want to. Doing stuff with people is even better. Helps the happy hormones
  • Mind your thoughts, they direct lots of stuff. And you need that positive stuff
  • Your past experiences have got you here: remembering that you are awesome, integrate your past
  • You are not a mind reader so give up trying to read what others think
  • Try new things - expand your boundaries
  • Hug more
  • Walk your “madra” (dog) more (exercise!)
  • Reread Spike Milligan
  • Listen to more music
  • Get better sleep
  • Eat better
