Love is complicated part 2

When I told you last time that “love is complicated” I was not lying. When you start to love yourself you might find that people that you thought loved. you now have a problem with you.😏 Wonder why? Because they were hating all the time you were trying to better yourself.

Always love yourself, this. type of love is not complicated it’s always truthful and the mirror does not lie. You may have doubts about your body, I know I did and still have a few doubts, but slowly getting over it because I started loving myself and the body that God has given me. I realized that I had a responsibility to take care of my body and not abuse it but to adore it and love it.

I found that when you have someone in your corner cheering you on in this healthy journey it’s like charging a dead battery, at first it’s stalls but. when you put. those jumper cables on, that battery gets revised and the car starts to roar like a lion. That’s the type of charge that I get from my cousin Chantay, I love this lady wiith all my heart, she is my jumper cables. When i was feelibg bad about myself she told me “stop that” basically she told me to take a look in the mirror, you are beautiful. WOW! This love thing I had with myself was complicated because I made it that way. NO MORE! I’m shouting to the world that “I LOVE MYSELF” believe me it feels good to love yourself because no one will make you feel better than self love.
