I don’t know this for sure, but since Medium is tracking how many reads your posts get, it’s surely tracking who is reading your posts, and I would assume that you are algorithmically served more of whatever it is you’re reading in your feed, alongside whatever you’re actually recommending. I doubt that what you’re reading is a metric they would ignore, especially since it’s a metric they’re already collecting. Too bad there’s no way to delete this post from your history now. I guess your feed will be staying dirty for a while.
