Q1. Will player levels be kept or reset after S0? If it kept, does it impact new users joining as they will be left behind existing players?

A1. Levels will be kept; our solution to new users is that, levelling up will speed up much faster in S1; we will also introduce energy potion and experience potion, new cards can level up to 60 very fast. It will also solve the problem when you have 10 level-60 cards and one 1 level-1 card. You don’t want to play many days just to level up the one level-1 card.

Q2. There’re users levelling up their cards much faster by trading cards to another account; does that impact the balance of the game? Also, they gain multiple high score accounts with only one line-up in this way, does that impact fairness of the league?

A2. It doesn’t really impact balance of the game, as a card can level up to 60 without the transferring trick in 20 days. For example, if User A has a line-up of 11 E cards, which level up to 60 in 10 days with the transferring trick; User B has a line-up of 11 L cards, which level up to 60 in 20 days without the trick; after 20 days, user B will have a much higher overall team score, and most likely User B can easily catch up with User A in the scoreboard. User A does that by paying a lot of wash-trade fees and risking his cards being seized by someone else — — things come with a price and we let users decide if that’s worth the reward.

User A gets multiple high score accounts is indeed a fairness problem . We have already introduced T+1 day trading restriction since Nov. 8 2022. The detailed rule is that, you cannot list a player that has participated in a match on the same day.

Q3. Will the season reward be in the form of whitelist or airdrop afterall? How much is it, when and how will it be distributed, and when will $GOAL be listed?

A3. We decide to do simple airdrop; the total amount will consider $TMT consumption of all users during season Beta. We will do our best to ensure good return for most users particated in the Open Beta phase. The exact amount is TBD. Meanwhile the amount of season rewards of the S1 will be much higher since more users will join through lots of exciting upcoming promotion campaigns with our partners. The listing will be dependent on our discussion with exchange partners and we’ll inform the community then.

Q4. My team has a higher score than my opponent . Why do I lose by 0–3?

A4. Formation and tactics matter! Do your best to know your players and their skill sets, apply the best formation and tactics for them and if you play 3D model, apply the tactics and the right skills manually, you’ll have a much higher winning chance.

Wining is not a simple team score comparison game, it’s an art.

Q5. Will there be PvE mode in S1, what will it be like?

A5. There’s actually already PvE style game mode in S0, which is the daily winning rewards. Read the whitepaper and you’ll find it’s very lucrative. We’ll introduce separate PvE mode later and will inform the community then.

Q6. Why do I get blocked when loading the 3D mode at 99%?

A6. Most likely is bad Internet connection or use of VPN which is not friendly to our cloud game server. One solution is to get better Internet connection in 3D mode, another is to use more friendly Internet boosting service.

Q7. Where does the $TMT consumed by users go? Does the team own them and dump them on the market?

A7. They’re recycled for issuing the 25000 $TMT daily ranking rewards and daily winning rewards. The team doesn’t make money on $TMT’s consumed by users in order to keep balance of demand and supply. Currently there are over 22 million of $TMT are distributed in DeFi LPs on Pancakeswap and Biswap; TopPrize and TopManager Season Alpha & Beta rewards for the community.

Q8. Why don’t I receive verification email when I withdraw?

A8. When verifying your email address at signing-up, the email is delivered to your address. That means your email account is valid and our email system can successfully deliver there. Not receiving withdrawal email means most likely a glitch on our email provider side; try again later and if you never succeed, message our admins or email us at: support@topgoal.io

Q9. Why doesn’t my deposit of $TMT and $BNB arrive? Why does my withdrawal fail?

A9. Sometimes depositing is instant, sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes. If you don’t get your deposit after 30 minutes, message your transaction hash to our admins in telegram channels.

There’s a chance of on-chain withdraw failure, and your fund will be returned shortly. In that case, you can issue withdraw again. If you don’t get your refund after 30 minutes, message your email address to our admins.

Q10. Does player stamina recover automatically if the players are in my lineup or do I have to recall them? Does player stamina impact game play and reward?

A10. Player stamina recovers by 120 at 00:00 UTC every day no matter if he’s on the pitch or not. Check the whitepaper. Player stamina doesn’t impact game play and reward in general. But if there’s a player with <50 stamina, no matter if you win a home game or win an away game, the winning score will be reduced by 30% for each such player.

Q11. Do RoL cards have value after staking?

A11. They do have value and usage scenarios (besides as collectibles). We’ll inform the community then.

Q12. If I take 1 common and one rare for a new training — how much will I have to pay for this training? because this table is unclear to me.

A12. The whitepaper states clearly, the charge is for a single parent card, so if you train with 1 common and 1 rare, the total charge will be the sum.

Q13. Do 2D and 3D modes generate the same result?

A13. Yes if you play 3D mode automatically the result will be the same as 2D mode. If you play manually, results may be different.

Q14. Why introduce 1 new player with lower level, everyone else’s rating drops? For example, I had 3 cards and my team rating 2200. After I added 1 new player, my team rating became 1440.

A14. We’ve already made a fix to that: the NPC levels will be the average of the 3 cards with the highest level on the field * 0.65, please check:

Q15. While I was sleeping, my team was playing matches by itself. For 3 victories, the team did not receive a single point. Why didn’t these victories go to daily victories. But the stamina of all my players is used up to zero by these mythic games. What are these matches?

A15. It’s exactly because more than 3 of your players are below 50 stamina that your team doesn’t get points winning away games. Check FAQ 10.

Q16. Could there be a skill refresh function? Because this update really damages the skill pattern of some cards. There are even 2 similar skills, such as Calm Finish and Fitness Shot. The play should always trigger the more powerful one, that means it should trigger Calm Finish, not Fitness Shot.

A16. In the future, TopManager will add a switch which allows users to specify which skill to be triggered first (to adapt to different tactics), and even to turn off a certain skill.

Q17. How to set a player as captain in TopManager?

A17. You can designate the captain and the person who takes the corner kick, free kick and penalty kick. This function will be added in one month.

Q18. In TopManager is “tap in” the precondition of “killer pass”? Will “killer pass” be triggered separately without “tap in”?

A18. The current kill pass can only be triggered when the striker has certain shooting skills. It will be modified to trigger without any shooting skills soon.

Q19. Is it normal when one player has the same awaken skill for two different skills? For example, this player has Cut Inside and Break Through skills, but the awaken skill for both is Diamond Dust.

A19. It is normal.
