What can a young pitcher do in training to become a bad ass? Not much of anything as it pertains to the conventional wisdom of the game of baseball!

It is conventional for a young pitcher to be told he can not lift heavy weight, he can not bench press, back squat, press over the head, etc. All he is usually allowed to do is run and throw long and far. Being that the results of this type of training is massive wear and tear on the joints, it shouldn’t be a shocker that there is an epidemic of arm injury at the youth level.

If a pitcher is brave enough to break out of this conventional wisdom and follow the science that proves more body weight actually increase pitching velocity then he becomes an outcast. This is the life of the 3X Pitcher.
