Fantastic article. I have found that although you say to unplug the T.V. the best thing I have for combating my anxiety is re-association of positive feelings instead of fearful ones. I use video games and online team-play to help de-stress and keep my mind occupied. Starting a business and being busy 95% of the time has been key. Thank you for the insight!
