Week 5&6 WBGR
I’m still on my journey with Black Girls Run Walk Program, week 5 and 6 was rough with having some issues with cramps. Quick trip to doctor and I then found out I was having muscle spasms. Recommendation muscle relaxers. But wait what can I do with that other than be real, real rELax. I chose to take it a few days but did not like how it was making me. I’m not that person anymore who wants the medication to do the work. I’m still at walking, wog and run intervals. Next week no walking straight runs, pray for me.
