Just use JSPM! (I’ve had the same paradox of choice problem, but I found JSPM with straight npm scripts easy to get up and running vs all the rest).

Even better, use Meteor and start taking advantage of the advantages of JavaScript and web tech more generally (isomorphic, reactive data, etc. — so fun!).
