The first person I ever cut out, no-contact, was the very person that was the root of my trauma, yet I still can't seem to get out from under this person's grasp, I then did this with my ex-wife, and since have tried to use this as a mechanism to uphold boundaries, until I met my twin flame, and the magnetism is too strong to run from the mirror any longer. The journey has been hard but one I would never try. I have grown and healed in ways I did not think were possible.
