I am an Uber survivor.

The lesson victims should take away from this is that they must find each other and work as one united force rather than as a bunch of isolated individual voices. As a united group you are in a much stronger position. It’s unjust but HR is there to project the institution/company, not the individual employees. Of course, the lesson that institutions/companies must learn is to stop protecting people who harass fellow employees. Don’t you want to be better than this, Uber? Kay Jewelers, etc.?
