Aloha!

So 2016 is the big year when I make my big move to island paradise forevaaaa!!!

About me:

I am an artist, writer, activist, and the head of social media for the brand new travel app, TimeTravlr.com. My name actually means “Fair island” and I am truly an island girl at heart! I have lived on Koh Samui in Thailand, Santorini in Greece, Sardinia in Italy, and Sri Lanka just to name a few among even more (Jamaica; Islas del Rosario, Colombia; Don Det “the 4000 islands” in Laos) that I have visited (including Maui and Oahu) in my 30 year lifespan!

The beach is my absolute temple and sanctuary. I have experienced some pretty heavy tragedy in my life, real talk, which has made me into the dynamic woman I am today. I gently process my feelings daily, usually by meditating or yoga or having a cuppa tea, but the beach is the best surefire ticket cure for me hands down! I am also a yoga teacher and I love yoga nidra. I’d be happy to share it with you!

What I really want to learn is how to surf. Can you show me? This important mission must be finally achieved this year! One day I’ll get Scuba certified too… but maybe next year. Until then I’ll snorkel till I grow gills ;)

I am looking for:

cool housemates, folx of any gender or sexual preference or age or race or whatever with elevated consciousness, good communication skills, and ideally maybe some cooking skills too? lol I actually also enjoy cooking as well as reading, dancing, and of course especially going to the beach! I don’t care if you curse or smoke or have a (nice, friendly, behaved) pet (I need one too!). I am a 420 proponent. But I won’t put up with any rude or prejudiced assholes and I prefer if you clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas.

a house near to public transportation and the beach. B/c both are sanity savers and I like to keep my carbon footprint small (and bills low). must have functioning kitchen and bathroom, including bathtub, also laundry machine on site. the place must come with an outside, yard prefered or balcony or deck where I can grow an edible garden. Fruit trees on the property would be a dream come true!

I want to learn more with my home on how to build it up and take care of it. So, any “beginners’” fixer upper projects such as tiling or gardening or something would be welcome!

I am looking to BUY cash in hand. OR rent <$1000/month. My purchase price range is from $10,000 for a tract of land with nothing to $60,000 for a house on land that I could work with.
