Will I Ever Be Able To Afford To Live Alone?
Megan Reynolds

I think about this a lot! For the past few years, I’ve been living in a 3 bedroom house that I own, along with my boyfriend and a roommate. When our last roommate left a couple months ago, I thought long and hard about not replacing her. In the end, I did, because I like having a little disposable income each month. It’s hard to pass up $7,500 in yearly rental income, but I get that that’s totally different than being tenants in an apartment.
