My do 1 thing is to figure out my damn taxes. I have $1300 of rental income to report because I rented my spare room last summer to a recent college grad. I put everything into Turbo Tax and it wanted me to calculate depreciation on my house and all this confusing stuff and I’m so stressed now. I wanted to avoid going to a CPA if possible since I already paid for the software, are talking a very small amount of income here, and I’m an Accountant myself, so I should be able to figure this out! How much do CPAs even cost? Ugggh.
