In a study undertaken by the financial services firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the top three challenges that the insurance industry face today are: 1) customer expectations — insurance any time, any where; 2) changes in technologies; and 3) Regulatory changes. The insurance industry practices have changed little in several years. It is still complex, inflexible, paper-driven, opaque, and slow. Indeed many insurance companies are only partly digitized.
The Inmediate project team has the goal to make insurance easily accessible by the public at large. With blockchain and smart contracts, they plan to build what they call a “smart insurance” that is “fast, affordable, transparent, flexible, accessible, and responsible”.
Inmediate’s platform will become the marketplace where members can buy and sell many forms of insurance. With Zilliqa highly scalable, highly secure smart contracts, and high throughput the team is secure in the belief that their project will be very effective.
Inmediate’s ERC20 token will take the ticker, DIT which stands for Direct Insurance Token. These tokens will be the medium of transactions and rewards system in their platform.

Notes: Token distribution will be 5 days after the main sale is completed. The Reward Reserve is for members that contribute assets, IP or services to the ecosystem.
There is no lockup period for Seed or Private Sale however, it is still unknown whether there will be a lockup period for Pre sale and Main sale. The Team, Advisors, Staff, and Management are lockedup after 6 months ta 20%.
Finally, vesting for Advisors is 20% per quarter after token distribution meanwhile for Staff and Management 10% per quarter thereafter. However, it is still unclear whether there is vesting and what will happen to unvested coins.

In Q1 2019 they plan to go live with the products they listed.

• Otbert de Jong, CEO is the co founder and present CEO of an online insurance brokerage called Insurance Market. He was a partner at PwC and held various top positions at ABN AMRO bank of the Netherlands. His expertise is fintech, insurance, and thought leadership.
• Nelius Strydom, CTO is a veteran of the financial and banking industries. He held leaderhip roles at Standard Chartered Bank, RF Chandler, and ING Bank. He is the current Director of Insurance Market and SYPAQ Systems, a consulting firm.
• Yi Sheng Tan, CCO the founder of ClearlySurely, a site that focuses on educating consumers on insurance holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and is a Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal awardee. His leadership career started when he served as Management Associate of OCBC Bank Singapore for 3 years.
• Kum Seng Wong, CFO, is the current Financial Director of Insurance Market and the Director of Metis Consultancy. He was previously employed at Lenovo, ABN AMRO Bank, Citi, and Standard Chartered Bank.
• Jeremiah Tan, COO is also one of the co founders of Insurance Market. He is currently serving as COO and also an Associate Partner at Metis Consultancy. His expertise is finance holding degrees in both Accounting and Finance.

• Max Kantelia is an entrepreneur/investor who is the co-founder at Anquan Capital and Zilliqa Research which are based in Singapore.
• Tomas Urbanec is an active fintech angel investor who is currently the Chairman and Managing Partner of Golden Peak Consultancy. His insurance career spans 25 years.
• Hans Diederen’s insurance career spans 25 years across three continents: Asia(15 years), LatAM (4 years), Europe (6 years). Since 2017, he functions as independent advisor to Asian business families.
• Christel Quek is the co-Founder of BOLT (mobile entertainment), a member of the advisory group at Zilliqa. He was previously connected to Brandwatch, Twitter, Samsung, and Havas.
• Dick van Motman is a corporate entrepreneur with 30 years of experience. He is the first non-Japanese head at Dentsu from 2012 and recently he moved up the ladder and became Dentsu’s first non-Japanese Global President.
• Yen Saw, a veteran of the insurance industry who held various senior roles at Aviva Asia. She is also a seniour consultant to a number of insurance firms.

We don’t know yet whether there are other investors on board. However, there are rumors that they are negotiating with Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange. Marketing and PR will be handled by Redhill Communications for Asian markets and an unnamed company firm for the European Market.

After carefully looking at the evaluation metrics discussed above, we are giving this ICO a rating of Strong. The vision is good and there is a huge market for insurance however, the tech is not that special.
