For the third time in two weeks, Team USA beat up on China, this time defeating them 119–62 in Team USA’s first preliminary game. China jumped out to a 1–0 lead to start the game, but that didn’t last for long as USA poured it on over the next 40 minutes.

Kevin Durant led the way with 25 points and 6 assists, DeMarcus Cousins dropped 17 and grabbed 5 boards and DeMar DeRozan continued his posterization campaign with another huge dunk:

For China, former NBA player Yi Jianlin had 25 points.

In their previous two matchups, Team USA defeated China 106–57 and 107–57. Team USA’s next game is Monday, August 8 against Venezuela, who they beat 80–45 in July.
