So do you really think that in 2016 that there are any jobs where the ONLY qualified candidates are a specific gender and race?

Personally, people should hire who they want. I would never want to be a part of a company that didn’t find value in me or my opinion. That’s fine. But to claim that you value you diversity when you clearly do not is insulting. You don’t have to value diversity. But don’t lie to the rest of the world about it. Its a waste of breath. Reminds me of a fat personal trainer.
