Hm. Let’s say you’re right that some portion of that loss will be folk opting out of the market. What percentage might that be do you imagine? 5%, 10%, 50%?

Let’s go wild and say that 50% of the 24 million people will voluntarily opt out of the market, that still leaves 12 million people, who under the AHCA will lose insurance and with it, access to care.

Are we contending that this is an improvement to the system?
