Long-Term Memory (forgetting)
And I began to forget and somehow be aware of it at the same time. I knew if I was to lose my mind this time, I should witness it and accept it too. But I was even forgetting that.

The heaviness of a memory, the sort of heaviness that pins you down, like a hammered nail, fixes you on the spot. Ascending this layered consciousness of being under weight, unable to assess if every moment of awareness the pain is simpler because I am accepting, or that the weight is lighter.
