Mini book review: Who moved my cheese? by Spencer Johnson

A friend recommended this —apparently it’s a classic that has sold a bazillion copies! It’s a short read at less then a hundred pages, and tells the story of four different ways of dealing with change, by telling the story of two mice and two “little people”.

No big surprises or amazing new insights, if you’ve worked seriously with agile methods for ten years, but it’s probably the best and shortest explanation of changes management, that I’ve read and it’s highly recommend if you need a new common framework for discussing change with other people.

Pick it up here: http://amzn.to/2b1lOdv (what? No kindle version?)

I think I try to find a Danish version for my kids!

It also ties nicely in with cynefin framework.
