It was clear from the very start that the expense of the ACA would be unsustainable. I honestly think it was meant to collapse to force a step toward the Universal Government Healthcare system, which of course would be universally crappy, expensive and under performing. Case in point…. the VA which just a few years ago was letting people die waiting for the quality government care they were promised. (thanks for that President Obama).
