About the talk
The Edo Experience Team will be talking about ‘Organisational Purpose’: what is it, why you should define it and how to get consensus on what it means for your whole organisation.
Edo recently started a new meetup called Reinventing Work to share and explore new ways of working. During the meetup, which happens on the last Thursday of the month, participants are invited to share their professional experiences. The ultimate goal is to make Bristol a better place to work and generate best practice that can be shared with companies in other locations.
About the speakers
Oliver Hall, Creative Director: Oliver leads the design team at Edo, overseeing all creative work through the business. He carefully balances rich conceptual thinking with robust evidence-based research. This model as a platform for brand and creative expression reduces subjectivity without curbing engaging brand expression. Oliver has lead on digital solutions for BP, Sky and Orange, as well as the Redbull Stratos Campaign and has designed multi-award winning sites.
Gaia Riva, Experience Consultant: With a wealth of experience within Edo’s client partnerships team as a senior producer, Gaia has taken the step to join the Experience team going back to her sociological research roots and represents the company’s multi-disciplinary nature.
Mike Dunn, Principal Experience Consultant: Mike is an Experience Consultant who joined Edo in 2013, after a couple of years working in the world of corporate IT and change management. UX is the perfect role for Mike as it allows him to combine his analytical and creative skills with a love for all things digital. He’s worked with brands including British Heart Foundation, Sue Ryder, Bristol Energy, and the Forestry Commission.
