This new project is set to cover almost 30 hectares, on which the company plans to develop the promenade alongside the river, extend the quay, build a bridge over Narodnoy Voli Street, rebuild the streets and build a public car park for 800 cars.

UMMC-Holding has already invested nearly 1 billion rubles in this project, while the Ekaterinburg region plans to invest around 300 million rubles. The future arena will be able to accommodate 15,000 spectators.
