Get a head start to Hackathon@SG. Don’t miss the workshops!

The team at UP Singapore is very privileged to be involved in the organisation of Hackathon@SG (25–26 July) — Singapore’s biggest ever hackathon!

Hackathon@SG presents a whole-of-government approach to innovation, with 13 different government agencies putting forward challenges for participants to consider.

Due to popular demand, we have added TWO extra workshops this week.

This workshop will feature Chintan Raveshia and Dion Anandityo, both Smart Cities experts from Arup. They will share ideas on how to make a city ‘smarter’, more liveable and more sustainable.

There will be representatives from the following organisations to explain their challenges:

  • IDA
  • Housing Development Board (HDB)
  • National Library Board (NLB)
  • National Environment Agency (NEA)

The workshops are designed to be interactive, so you can look forward to small-group Q&A sessions with the agency representatives to better understand their challenges.

If you are looking to form or join a team, you will have an opportunity to do so at these workshops too! We’ll the facilitate team matchmaking sessions, so all you have to do is come with an idea of who you’re looking for and what you would like to work on at the hackathon.

So, join us at the workshops and be all set for Hackathon@SG!
