Yuval Harari falls in the same trap as many modern academics of shaming others since they cannot prove God does not exist.
Which of course is a logical proof from Saint Albert, yet to be disproved.
Since academics cannot disprove God exist, (and it frustrates them), they attack Christianity and religion via fallacies, attack the existence of God through imperfect followers, with the idea that if followers of God are imperfect, then God is imperfect, and since God cannot be imperfect, God does not exist.
This is a good, reasoned article, with the only point I would like to make is we are not victims of the Church, or ourselves.
There is not shame in having various ways, having variations of behavior seeking God’s grace and wisdom.
It is the journey that is important, not the footprints.
