ICO WILL START 2nd November 2017 AT 2PM UTC
Today, we are happy to announce that our ICO will start on the 2nd of November at 2PM UTC. We will host a token sale of 1 round at $0.065 per token lasting a maximum of 7 days or until sold out, whichever occurs first. Unsold tokens — if any — will be burned, permanently reducing the total supply.
UTRUST is being incorporated as a Swiss GmbH, furthermore, UTRUST remains fully committed to adhere to all rules and regulations by entities such as the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in order to assure a legally compliant, and future-proof platform. Specifically, the implementation of KYC/AML. Cryptocurrency exchanges are also moving toward listing KYC/AML compliant tokens only.
The UTRUST token will not give any redemption rights. The token cannot be used as means of payment until the regulatory qualification with the Swiss regulator FINMA has been completed.
The whitepaper and the terms of use are currently being updated to reflect the aforementioned changes and the KYC/AML onboarding process will be announced soon.
