Thanks so much for that feedback. We do know that different people have different ways of learning. Some prefer audio while others prefer reading, and the auditory processing disorder does come as an issue for some of the population. For this reason, and for the sake of accessibility we do offer a transcript. What we found out is that in some of the cases, people who listen to the content find it valuable to read it at the same time. This way both of the main senses are focused on getting the content.
Since our main target is to improve productivity by reducing the need to read, we don’t put this in the center of our experience, but we do support it.
