London, July 30th 2020

Asynq Limited is pleased to announce the launch of the account creation and portal for UX Network, and the beginning of the claiming period of UX Network tokens for WBI holders pursuant to the snapshot of July 10th 2020.

To register and claim your UTX tokens, please visit uxnetwork.io where the claim period will commence shortly.

As soon as eligible users have completed the verification and claim processes, their token balances will be credited on-chain.

The claim period will expire on August 31st 2020 at 12:00:00 AM UTC.

The UX Network will be activated on September 1st 2020.

Post-activation, all users of the UX Network will be able to transact, create accounts, deploy smart contracts and build independently on the network with their personal or business account.

The team at 01 Special Situations is excited to have reached this milestone. As always, our team would like to thank everyone for their support.

For those interested in discussing building on the UX Network, please contact info@uxnetwork.io.

Asynq Limited is a UK-based wholly owned subsidiary of 01 Special Situations Limited, which is focused on providing identity-based products and services for FinTech firms and Virtual Asset Service Providers. Its product suite consists of core compliance and multi-layered identity verification tools. This is aimed at lowering the traditional costs of regulatory compliance.

As a corollary to these products, Asynq produces fundamental models for user economies, which enable its clients to establish lower user acquisition, reduce retention volatility and optimise return on user assets. In particular, it is developing a vertical user economic model for UX Network through tokenisation for the benefit of UX Network users.

The Asynq identity solution is designed to maximise return on capital for FinTech participants, whether blockchain-based or otherwise.

Asynq manages the software IP, identity verification and KYC processes of the UX Portal. Asynq also holds and manages the personal data provided by individuals and businesses that have onboarded through the UX Portal in accordance with its privacy policy (available on the UX Portal).

How do I sign up for an account?

Unless you hold a current WORBLI Network account, you will not be able to open a UX Network account at this time. You can sign up for email alerts, which will notify potential users when they can sign up.

For existing WORBLI account holders, please go to uxnetwork.io where you will find instructions on how to register and open an account. You will need to provide information for KYC procedures and prove ownership of your WORBLI account.

Does the UX Network have Utility Tokens?

Yes. The UX Network has two Utility Tokens called UTX and UTXRAM. Please see the UX Network resource model for details on these.

How do I claim new tokens for the UX Network if I owned tokens from the WORBLI Network?

You will need to register for an account, at which time you will be asked to prove ownership of your WORBLI account(s). Subject to the information being accepted and any eligibility criteria being met, your allocation of new tokens will be allocated to your new UTX Network account.

How long do I have to claim my UX Network tokens?

You have until August 31st 2020 at 12:00:00 AM UTC to claim your tokens.

How many UTX and UTX RAM tokens are there on the UX Network?

There are 1,795,000,000 UTX Tokens and 8,388,608 UTX RAM Tokens. UTX tokens will be issued upon account creation; UTXRAM tokens will be issued at the end of the claiming period.

Why is there a different number of UTXRAM tokens in existence?

The UTXRAM token maintains a fixed ratio of 1 UTXRAM to 1Kb of RAM.

How many tokens will I receive for each WBI I had at the time of the snapshot?

Subject to eligibility and the terms and conditions of the allotment, you will receive 1 UTX for every 1 WBI held and 1 UTXRAM for every 213.981 WBI held.

Are further UTX or UTXRAM tokens going to be issued?

Yes. You can read about the inflation of both in the resource model.

UTXRAM will inflate to maintain its relationship of 1 UTXRAM : 1 Kb RAM.

UTX Inflation will end at the earliest occurrence of the following events:
(1) UTX supply reaches 2.5 billion.
(2) The third anniversary following the deployment and activation of the Resource Model.

When does the UX Network go live?

The UX Network will activate on September 1st 2020 immediately following the end of the token claim period.

When can I use my tokens?

You can use your tokens and resources once the UX Network is live on September 1st 2020.

What do I do if I have an issue with the sign-up or claiming process?

You can contact us at info@asynq.one.

The opportunity to open an account through the UX Network portal and the granting of UX Network tokens will be subject to terms and conditions.
