/Article. This is extremely true and it has helped my anxiety a ton. I would spend wwwaaayyy too much time mulling over the tiny interactions and conversations I’ve had during the day and in the past concerned with whether or not I left a good impression, said something stupid, or made an ass off myself. Then I realized most people are like me, selfish and probably thinking about themselves (I mean that in the nicest way possible ☺️). Once you realize that no one else is judging you as much as you’re judging yourself you get 15lbs lighter. Thanks for reaffirming this, is absolutely true.
