Practicing Happiness to Boost Success
According to research 90 % of our happiness is predicted by the way our brain processes the world and 75% of our job success is predicted by our optimism and social support. I personally experienced these things when I had a failure in my educational career at inter level. I scored too less marks that I was unable to get admission in any reputed organization. At that time my mind was full of so much stress and negative thoughts that my educational career is going to finish here.
At that time I changed my lens by which I was exploring the world and started thinking positively that there could be any way that can give me a second chance to grow in my professional career. Discussed with many teachers and friends and they gave me the right decision to change track for my education and have a second chance. I availed that and was very much successful. And finally I am an MBA from University of the Punjab.
Now in 2nd part I am making an activity for myself to practice happiness to boost my success. I am showing gratitude to every learning stone also supporting it with meditation and acts of kindness. I am getting really good results out of it and my mindset is growing positive every single day.
