The employer asks you questions about your career, personality, expertise, and you answer truly while trying to impress them. Easy, right? Not really — job interviews can be stressful.

Nevertheless, how we can overcome this stress? Therefore, we make contact with multiple HR from different sectors of industry and get appointment from a HR of well-reputed company that is BATA Shoe Company Pvt. Ltd.

Right on the mentioned time we were all there in their office so we started our conversation in a very comfortable environment with Ms. Ayesha a Human Resource manager in Bata Pvt. Ltd.

However, if you really proactive and prepared well then you can get rid of the stress and show your interviewer why they must hire you.
If you cannot relax during your interview, then nothing you do to prepare will matter. Being yourself is essential to the selection process, and interviewers will feel it if you are too nervous. Showing fear or anxiety appears weak compared to a relaxed smile and genuine confidence.
Just be normal and try to answer the questions in a very pleasant way. Just focus on the things that are most important during an interview like:
Listen with your ears then speak with a logical reason and be quick while answering so don’t be a lazy person or nor try to be overconfident during the assessment.
There might be different scenarios while interviewer is conducting your interview as if a HR is there then most probably he/she will assess your management or soft skill but if there is a specific field person then try to focus on technical or expertise you have in specific job post.
The important point is when you come in for an interview forget about your own interest just think about that specific organization, make sure them how you will be more beneficial and do best for them.
At the end of almost every interview, the interviewer will say to you ‘do you have any questions for me? If you shrug your shoulders and get tongue-tied then you can look uninterested. Go in with a few interview questions of your own prepared, instead.
You can also ask question “Why you should hire me”. 😊
These were the some points you need to keep in mind and do practice to make it more progressive.

We will be right back with some more stuff! stay focus :)
