Ingredients

For the Guacamole:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Veggie Sticks

  • 1 large cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into sticks
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into sticks

Step 1: Prepare the Guacamole

  • Mash the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency.

  • Add the Other Ingredients: Add the chopped red onion, diced tomato, minced garlic, lime juice, and fresh cilantro to the mashed avocados. Mix until well combined.
