  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • Mix the Cheese: In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese. If desired, add garlic powder and paprika for extra flavor.
  • Step 3
  • Scoop the Cheese: Using a tablespoon, scoop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form a thin circle.
