EGO & BUSINESS:
EGO: It gives birth to … andddd it kills businesses. It’s been MY observation, that ppl who start their own biz, ditch their 9 to 5’s, etc., MOST of them have WAY morrrre EGO, confidence, fearlessness than the average “worker bee” (person). They’re risk takers. Which requires “ballls” … BIG ones, that drag the flooor. So, no, I’m not knockin’ the guy/girl having an ego — as long as it’s healthy, BALANCED ego, that isssss.
BUT, what I see in MANY of these folks issss … they have the ego and biz knowledge to OPEN businesses, etc, but they fail … beCAUSSSE of their ego. Which seems weird, rightttt?? The same thing that put them IN biz, helped to put ‘em OUT of biz!!!
And the reason they loose is because their EGO does NOT allow them to TAKE ADVICE!!!! They brush off tips, feel insulted by suggestions, throw pointers or any other information outside THEMSELVES into the trash dumpster!! Info that COULD have propelled their biz forward. Omg, I see this allllll the frekkin time in the entertainment related areas where I workkkk!!! Amazingly talented, and NOT so talented ppl who’s ego tells ‘em, “ohhh, BABY … YOU. ARE. fuckin BRILLIANT.” Smdh.
Listen. Pride, water and electricity. They’re allllllll essential, all sooo wonderful (when used properly). But FLIP SIDE? They kill ppl.
MESSAGE: It’s the Ego & biz person that can balance ego with humility, and self awareness that wins. And it’s been that way with ALL the great biz peeps, artists thru out history.

Yeppp. It’s the guy that can get the hell out of his own frekkin way (his business’s way) enuff to incorporate OTHER ppls information and expertize, andddd RECOGNIZE winning information when he hears it ... that’s the guy/girl who ultimately score in a big way!! “The ORCHESTRATOR”.
Being an egoist ... yet having humility enuff to put the success of your biz BEFORE your own big ass ego ... WINS.
