#1 Spider and The House

A young man having constructed a home with his hands revelled at his own accomplishment. He swept the floors and washed the walls until all was as clean as could be, save for one corner where he could not reach without great effort. The young man, being tired and well proud of what he had done thus far, decided to sleep and clean the spot in the morning. When he awoke, he saw in that corner that Spider had spun her web. When he tried to swipe it away she emerged and gnashed her fangs at him which were large and venomous. The young man ran from his home and left it to her, having not the fortitude to defend it.
