Last week our COO Maria McKavanagh was invited to speak at Bitcoinference Europe in Brussels, an event that examines the future of our financial systems, the state of technology, and the opportunities that lie within the Blockchain space. And we’re excited to announce that following a pitch against a number of other promising start-ups, Verv with our VLUX token was awarded best start-up!
Presenting to a packed room, Maria explained how our renewable energy trading platform works, how we plan to unlock energy data in order to benefit the consumer, our mission to bring energy bills down to 0, and of course our Initial Token Offering. The pitch was also livestreamed on Facebook to hundreds more people.
