I have tried journaling my dreams to harvest ideas, but it was really difficult to maintain that practice. Then I learnt about synergistic practices.
Having multiple things in your daily routine bolsters you to actually finish them all, instead of if you just had one.
I have recently (a little over a month now) established a lot of things in my routine. One of them is writing down the entire day’s schedule before I go to bed. And another is meditating on my intentions to get me closer to the state of flow.
What you have suggested seems a little tough since I have to train my mind to not automatically erase the creative ideas as soon as I wake up, but I am ready to give it a go. Thank you!
