Yes, I agree. This is particularly true in Australia, where most design companies are very small, and everyone has to where many hats. The problem comes down to workload though. You can’t design, code and test simultaneously, though somehow many project managers and moronic head honchos somehow think you can. Because you’re a unicorn. That’s really where the problem is, bufoons thinking that one braux can come in and do everything all at once and save the m*therfucking day.
